Export the video to your computer.

Step 1. Crop and trim the video
You may find the black sides on the frame annoying, please hit use Crop tab to remove out the unwanted part. You can enter the specific number to define the area size that need to be removed from the frame .click OK to commit when it is done
Step 2. If you need to import the flip video to iPod or iPhone
Click Setting…button, this will open a window for video setting and audio setting
Go to Resolution to select a specific resolution value that can be compatible with iPod or iPhone
You need to download free iTunes to transfer video to iPod and iPhone
